Book an appointment

Consultations are by appointment only. Patients can express a preference to consult with a specific practitioner and we will do our best to meet these requests, subject to availability of appointments.

Appointments can be made by telephoning 020 8771 6050 or by calling in at the surgery in person.

Routine doctors’ appointments can also be booked on line. Please call in to the surgery with photo ID and one of our receptionists will print log in details to enable you to do this.

Some appointments cannot be booked on line. These are nurses’ appointments, and appointments to see the GP for medical examinations/completion of forms for insurance or employment purposes, steroid injections, coil/implant fittings and children immunisations.

Emergency on-the-day  appointments are released every day at 8.00am and 12.00 noon.

It would be helpful if you could avoid ringing for routine appointments between 8.30am and 10.30am when the receptionists are normally very busy.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us by telephone, or use your My GP App to cancel, to allow us to make it available to other patients. If you do not inform us, then this will be recorded on your notes and you may not be given future appointments. Repeat offenders may be removed from the practice list.

If you are unable to wait for the next available appointment,  please give the receptionist as much information about your condition as possible so that the doctor can assess the urgency of your request for medical attention. Patients requesting an urgent appointment should  phone the surgery before attending. They will be given a time to arrive, thereby eliminating too long a wait.

Online Facilities

We now offer the facility to book your appointments, order your repeat prescriptions and view your medical summary, medications, allergies and any adverse reactions.

To use this method we must first issue you with a password.

Please complete our registration form. You will need to bring photographic ID/valid document for us to verify your identity before we can register you for online services.

Telephone Advice

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse on the telephone during the working day, please give the receptionist a telephone number where you can be contacted at the end of the morning or afternoon surgery, as appropriate.

It would be appreciated if you could give the receptionist the reason for your call to assist the doctor or nurse with their response. Please note there is no telephone service available on Saturday mornings. Please remember to notify us when you change your telephone number.
