Prescription Question

We always ask patients to read carefully the leaflet that comes in the medication box as this provides invaluable information about your drugs e.g. side effects, contraindications of use, when to take, how to take and what to do if you miss a dose etc. You can also ask a pharmacist who issues you with the actual medications as they are also expertly knowledgeable on these drugs.

Please note that as of 2019, over the counter medications e.g. paracetamol/ ibuprofen/ shampoos/ moisturiser creams etc for general conditions are no longer prescribed by GP surgeries in England even if you do qualify for free prescriptions e.g. children/ above 60/ tax exemption etc.

Please read our leaflet regarding important information requesting prescription items that are generally request before asking any questions on the form opposite.
